Dollar Stores are Fabulous
Dollar stores can be an excellent source of all things frugal! Today I went to one here in Nova Scotia (while on vacation) called Dollarama that has all sorts of goodies - I got some cute hair barette thingies and some emery boards for (you guessed it) a buck each.

This is always a good idea when keeping a budget in mind. Do most of you shop at dollar stores too?

Got a sweet deal on a new computer yesterday. :) At first it was all ULTRA stressful as my old (very old!) computer finally conked out and refused to work ever again. But we went to a few places and began the great computer search and ended up paying $425 for a new puter that feels amazing -- and is so much faster that it's ridiculous!

Computer definitely can be had -- it's often a matter of doing some research and finding a store where you can ask a LOT of questions. :) Once I get this new puter figured out, this blog will go to new amazing bargain finding heights!
